About REI Motivation
Hey I’m Alex
But I also love teaching and sharing what I’ve learned. My time at Carrot has been nothing short of transformational. This blog is a testament to my two loves. Teaching + real estate.
Before Carrot I found a calling with online marketing. I loved the idea of creating a website and finding ways to bring traffic to it. I quickly latched on to SEO, pay-per-click marketing, and other growth hacking methods to get eyeballs to websites.
When I first started with Carrot that was my job. Help get Carrot to get in front of more real estate investors. I learned quickly and became addicted.
But now that I have a ton of knowledge about what makes a Carrot website work and how to drive traffic to a motivated seller website I have this urge to share my knowledge and teach more investors what I have been fortunate enough to learn.
The Start Of REI Motivation
I actually bought this domain with another idea in mind (it was a print-on-demand poster company).
But on a random weekend, I felt the need to start a blog to start documenting my progress towards my real estate goals and to share my marketing knowledge about finding seller and buyer leads online.
I looked in my Namecheap account and found REI Motivation just laying around.
I launched a WordPress website on it and decided to start talking about online marketing for real estate investor leads and my journey to getting my first 5 real estate investment properties.
For the last 4+ years, I have devoted myself to helping Carrot grow and learning all I can about real estate investing.
I think the time is right to start sharing my knowledge and giving back to everyone who has helped make me what I am today.
I decided that it was time for me to start sharing more about what marketing really works for investors online.
After talking with HUNDREDS of investors and agents I wanted to put my $0.02 in and give back.
Thus the start of REI Motivation.
If this is your first time here…welcome.
